Protein Mugcake


Quick and Delicious guilt free treat!

  • ¼ cup (28-30 grams) chocolate protein powder

  • 1 small ripe mashed banana

  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 pinch sea salt

  • 3 tablespoons liquid egg whites (egg whites from 1 large egg)

Spray a mug with nonstick spray. Combine all ingredients, mix. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir. Microwave for 1 minute, stir. Microwave for 30 seconds. If cake appears wet, microwave for additional 15-30 seconds. (topped with peanut butter, protein "icing" and berries)

Serving size: 1 mug cake (no toppings)
