Our classes are carefully curated by some of the industries top professionals! With two stunning private group class studios to choose from, we have custom tailored our schedule to provide tons of variety. From circuit training to HIIT to (p)rehab to yoga, we've got the class for you! We also offer lifestyle classes including dance, boxing and muay thai! Learn some new skills while breaking a sweat! We are choosing to maintain 50% (or less) capacity for all group classes to enhance experience and comfortability. Our facility operates in highest regard to health and safety protocols!

ENGAGE
A full- body workout designed to engage all the major muscle groups, with a variety of strengthening and conditioning exercises. This athletic based sculpting class tones upper and lower body, using weight bearing and resistance exercises to hit all the major muscle groups from head to toe. Increase physical strength, enhance muscle definition, and increase your endurance in this full body conditioning workout.

PEACH PUMP
This class is designed to strengthen the lower half of your posterior chain. A lower body strength burning class to fire up your booty and other leg muscles. You’ll go through a range of strength movements, including a variety of squats, lunges and deadlifts. Get ready to strengthen your glutes and legs with weights, bands and bodyweight exercises. Sculpt, tone and tighten your buns in this high energy booty-building class.

PILATES
Pilates focuses on body sculpting and basic functional movements for a low impact, high intensity workout adjustable to all fitness levels. This class will help enhance body tone, core strength, and flexibility.

SWEAT HIIT
Be prepared to SWEAT it out in this high intensity circuit based class. This class is rigorous interval training sequence with high intensity exercises, designed to increase strength and burn fat. This class is designed to push you to your limits, through quick intense bursts of exercises, followed by short active recovery periods. A fast paced, full body workout that combines resistance training with plyometric moves to keep your heart rate up and help you get the most out of your gym time.

BARRE HIIT
Join us for this super energizing, whole body circuit, that combines two of our favourite workouts, Barre and HIIT! We’ll start with a mat based warm-up full of planks, push-ups, do a series of arm exercises, and continue at the bar with a lower body section to really work your thighs and glutes.
With high-reps and low-impact movements, this class is an effective way to blast calories, strengthen your core and elongate your muscles.
This is a highly efficient workout that will leave you feeling the burn!
