ENGAGE
A full- body workout designed to engage all the major muscle groups, with a variety of strengthening and conditioning exercises. This athletic based sculpting class tones upper and lower body, using weight bearing and resistance exercises to hit all the major muscle groups from head to toe. Increase physical strength, enhance muscle definition, and increase your endurance in this full body conditioning workout.

PEACH PUMP
This class is designed to strengthen the lower half of your posterior chain. A lower body strength burning class to fire up your booty and other leg muscles. You’ll go through a range of strength movements, including a variety of squats, lunges and deadlifts. Get ready to strengthen your glutes and legs with weights, bands and bodyweight exercises. Sculpt, tone and tighten your buns in this high energy booty-building class.

LIFT
Learn the technical aspects of common and some less common exercises in this specialized lifting technique class.
This class will focus on the fundamentals and finer points of common lifts and accessory exercises, so that you can learn to safely maintain stability under load. Less high-paced, this is the perfect class to focus on developing form and proper lifting habits.

KICKBOXING
Our kickboxing class will explore various fighting styles, including Traditional Boxing, Muay Thai, Karate, and Dutch kickboxing. Each class will include stretching, cardio warm-up, "technique of the week", pad drills and conditioning.
Learn practical striking, footwork, head movement, and defence techniques in a fun and friendly environment! This class will leave you feeling fit and confident! No prior experience required!

Shake things up with this boxing inspired class that will blend punches, combinations and fancy footwork with explosive , high energy fitness intervals.
Expect athletic cardio and conditioning exercises, combined with high impact boxing combinations. You will leave this class feeling totally knocked out and motivated for more!

Push your limits with this hybrid functional fitness class built for strength, endurance, and grit. Inspired by competitive fitness racing, you'll rotate through full-body stations blending resistance work with cardio bursts. Inspired by a popular fitness competition called Hyrox.

Centered around precision and flow, Align integrates Pilates principles with music-driven movement. This class builds core strength and improves mobility with controlled, intentional exercises designed to enhance stability and balance.

CANDLELIT YOGA
This mind body restorative class will help you release tension and relax your mind. Set to a background of soft candlelight, deep stretches and careful breathing exercises will assist the body to wind down after a long day. Movements will be gentle and meditative, with a background of soft music to help you get out of your head and into your body. You’ll leave this class feeling open and at ease.
