ENGAGE

A full- body workout designed to engage all the major muscle groups, with a variety of strengthening and conditioning exercises. This athletic based sculpting class tones upper and lower body, using weight bearing and resistance exercises to hit all the major muscle groups from head to toe. Increase physical strength, enhance muscle definition, and increase your endurance in this full body conditioning workout.

PEACH PUMP

This class is designed to strengthen the lower half of your posterior chain. A lower body strength burning class to fire up your booty and other leg muscles. You’ll go through a range of strength movements, including a variety of squats, lunges and deadlifts. Get ready to strengthen your glutes and legs with weights, bands and bodyweight exercises. Sculpt, tone and tighten your buns in this high energy booty-building class.

SWEAT

Be prepared to SWEAT it out in this high intensity circuit based class. This class is rigorous interval training sequence with high intensity exercises, designed to increase strength and burn fat. This class is designed to push you to your limits, through quick intense bursts of exercises, followed by short active recovery periods. A fast paced, full body workout that combines resistance training with plyometric moves to keep your heart rate up and help you get the most out of your gym time.

LIFT

Learn the technical aspects of common and some less common exercises in this specialized lifting technique class.


This class will focus on the fundamentals and finer points of common lifts and accessory exercises, so that you can learn to safely maintain stability under load. Less high-paced, this is the perfect class to focus on developing form and proper lifting habits.

TKO BOXING

Shake things up with this boxing inspired class that will blend punches, combinations and fancy footwork with explosive , high energy fitness intervals.

 

Expect athletic cardio and conditioning exercises, combined with high impact boxing combinations. You will leave this class feeling totally knocked out and motivated for more!

MAT PILATES

Pilates focuses on body sculpting and basic functional movements for a low impact, high intensity workout adjustable to all fitness levels. This class will help enhance body tone, core strength, and flexibility.
This modern twist on pilates will incorporate moves from a variety of disciplines and will leave you feeling balanced in the body, mind and spirit.

BARRE HIIT

Join us for this super energizing, whole body circuit, that combines two of our favourite workouts, Barre and HIIT! We’ll start with a mat based warm-up full of planks, push-ups, do a series of arm exercises, and continue at the bar with a lower body section to really work your thighs and glutes. 

With high-reps and low-impact movements, this class is an effective way to blast calories, strengthen your core and elongate your muscles.

This is a highly efficient workout that will leave you feeling the burn!

VIBES

A super fun, open-level (beginner friendly) dance-cardio class designed for those that want to improve rhythm, coordination, and body awareness to have the confidence and dance moves to vibe and connect on any party dance floor.

Experience a fusion of different street dance styles based on the instructors experiences; and join a safe, welcoming, and all-inclusive space for you to discover you unique expression and vibes through dance.

POWER YOGA

An invigorating, powerful and energetic yoga class. Participants will flow from pose to pose while connecting their breath to the movements. Expect to build heat, with a focus on balancing strength and endurance. This practice is the perfect blend of sweat and stamina. You will leave class feeling revitalized from the inside out.

CANDLELIT YOGA

This mind body restorative yoga class will help you release tension and prepare your body for sleep. Relaxing stretches and careful breathing exercises will assist the body to wind down after a long day. Movements will be gentle and meditative, with a background of soft music and soothing candlelight. Feed your body, mind and soul with this clarifying practice that will help bring you into a state of inner peace.
