FUNCTIONAL BOXING TRAINING
Our Private Boxing is for Beginners and intermediate levels. Our clients will be taken through a variety of skills and technique work such as shadow boxing, footwork, and core and strength exercises.
These practices are designed to teach self-defence skills and increase confidence in your boxing abilities while improving hand-eye coordination, endurance, and providing a full-body sweat session.
