Kinesiologist, Personal Trainer, Fascial Stretch Therapist
Alex is a certified personal trainer with ACSM, a fascial stretch therapist, and a registered kinesiologist with BCAK. He graduated from UBC with his bachelors of kinesiology in 2015 and has been designing strength, weight loss, and corrective exercise programs for nearly five years. Alex is skilled in assessing and correcting movement patterns, designing corrective exercise programs, muscle activation, bodybuilding techniques, and sports specific functional movement. Alex is currently a student of Osteopathy manual practice at the Candian School of Osteopathy. He's a total "human body nerd" and loves to see clients succeed at whatever their goal may be. The puzzle of figuring out not only how to make the client move correctly, and overcome plateaus, but how to modify lifestyle habits and change the way they view food, exercise, and health is what makes him love his job so much.

Tirra Dent is a very passionate Personal Trainer who puts her all in to every client she has. She started her career in Personal Training to inspire people to fall in love with fitness and come out of every experience feeling powerful. She got her start with the National Academy of Sports Medicine but her personal journey with fitness started when she was twelve years old and has been a great love in her life ever since. She is also educated in Fasical Stretch Therapy and is inspired by the art of healing the body with movement. Tirra wants to show her clients that the only thing getting in their way are themselves "its my job to help them go beyond what they believe they are capable of and show them their true worth". In a session with Tirra you will learn how to move your body properly, how to get the results that you want and actually enjoy the process along the way, with Tirra the gym becomes a place you look forward to going to.

His passion for fitness began at the age of 15, originating from his time at a competitive football academy. After experiencing an injury, he sought recovery through personal training and rehabilitation. This experience quickly developed his interest from a passion to a lifestyle, which he felt compelled to share with others!
He is committed to supporting his clients explore the most efficient methods to gain muscle and reduce body fat, through focused training and nutrition.
Reuben brings with him a wealth of experience from his own personal knowledge, as well as his proven ability to design effective , purpose specific programs to better serve his clients.
He encourages his clients to crave the results so intensely that the work becomes irrelevant.
Reesa Da Silva

Reesa offers a complete holistic approach to coaching her clients. This includes all aspects of wellness, nutrition, fitness, and mobility. She has personally gone through a transformation in her physical and mental health over the years which has fueled her passion for helping others to make health and fitness a part of their lifestyle for long lasting results!
Reesa actively trains and practices power or acro yoga, pilates, and resistance workouts. When she's not working you can often find her cooking or baking healthy meals but her guilty pleasures are chocolate and fries. She loves connecting with nature and spending time outside in her vegetable garden or foraging wild mushrooms. When she's not at the gym or studio she stays active going on outdoor adventures like hiking, cycling, and swimming. She practices Forest Bathing and meditation for her health and wellbeing to find balance within the busy life she lives.
Caelan has now been a professional personal trainer for 7 years. He is certified with the National Association of Sports Medicine and has helped over 200 people get the results they want. And along the way he has learned even more about how to help people look and feel their best. There are many things you can safely do to speed up the results you want, and that’s what he'll do for you.
The first thing you'll do with Caelan is figure out where you are at, and where you want to be. Then he creates personalized program. Nutrition will play a role, but so will posture, the way you move, and many other things. Here’s just one example of why you'll do all this: if you can improve your posture by working on muscles that will help you stand taller, it can make you look a million times better. Seems like a simple idea, but it’s so often overlooked.

Candace is a recent graduate from the University of British Columbia where she completed her studies in the faculty of Kinesiology.
Her journey with weight training and fitness began in high school and soon turned into her passion. As a British Columbia Recreation and Parks Association (BCRPA) certified personal trainer, Candace is passionate about helping others find fun and sustainable ways to achieve their health and fitness goals. She specializes in strength and conditioning and health coaching. In her free time, Candace loves to cook a satisfying meal, explore BC’s trails, and spend time with her family and friends.

Khris has over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. After receiving his first weight set at 11 years of age, it quickly became his passion, which he now feels honoured to share with others.
Khris has recently completed a training camp for his current client who represented Canada in the Tokyo Olympics, competing in both paracanoe and parakayak.
His clients will receive the benefit of his diverse experience from body building, to martial arts to Olympic level strength and conditioning.
Khris prides himself on being an empathetic and intuitive trainer who customizes his programs to meet the needs of the individual.

Rachel has her Bachelors in Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia focusing on leisure access and barrier removal for persons with disabilities. She is currently completing her Graduate Diploma in Applied Health Sciences at the University of Western Ontario, as well as her Bachelors in Recreation Therapy.
Rachel is a BCRPA certified Personal Trainer and Instructor, boxing coach, first-degree Black Belt and has over 9 years of experience in the fitness industry.
In her spare time, Rachel enjoys hiking, adventure outdoors, kayaking, rock climbing, skiing, and surfing. She believes in the importance of helping her clients achieve an active, healthy, and balanced lifestyle!
Hannah is a certified nutrition practitioner (CNP), and Registered Yoga Teacher. She completed her practitioner certification at The Institute of Holistic Nutrition (IHN), Canada’s industry leader in training nutrition professionals, at both the Ottawa & Vancouver campuses and graduated with first class honours. Prior to registering at IHN, Hannah accomplished not one, but two Yoga Teacher Trainings, both in Sayulita Nayarit of Mexico, and the second one on scholarship.
Coming from a history of severe anxiety, heavy medication use, high stress, disordered eating and being celiac, she knows first hand about the challenges what it takes to heal from them. She is highly dedicated to providing the support needed and proper education to those undergoing similar circumstances. Through her own journey she is devoted in assisting her clients needs and helping them thrive through a balanced diet and lifestyle. Hannah’s health journey brought her to IHN and today she flourishes in her practice working with clients in Vancouver, as well as virtually to others globally. She is fascinated about the role the gut has on the brain, and informs clients on the link between the two. Her experience combined with her education make her fortunate to navigate others into a happy and healthy lifestyle.

Matt began his career in 2011 where he obtained his Diploma of Massage from the Alberta College of Massage Therapy and has acquired over 10000 hours of treatment time working in multidisciplinary clinics since then. He was drawn to Massage Therapy due to an interest in body mechanics and general biology, as well as seeing the benefits it had on family members with mobility issues and muscle restrictions.
Matt believes that a combination of exercise, nutrition and soft tissue treatments are key in maintaining a healthy active lifestyle and takes great pride in being able to positively impact the quality of life in his clients with simple and accurate applications of pressure and motion.
Matt tailors every treatment to each individual as needed using different techniques such as Deep Tissue Release, Triggerpoint Therapy and Active Release Therapy among other techniques which can be focused to address specific problem areas, a general whole body focus, or just to help de-stress and relax. His specialties include general range of motion improvements as well as reducing: tension headaches, neck and lower back pain, shoulder restrictions, forearm numbness and weakness, lower leg tension, and shin splints.
